Tahno personality type is ESTP, so I would put him in the same category as Dexter's brother, Dee Dee, who is also an ESTP.
Dexter's alter ego, "The Ice Truck Killer" is definitely the NTP. His personality traits are very similar to that of the NTP.
As for Dexter's DNA, I don't know if it has been tested yet, but I know that there are three blood types in the family. The only thing I can think of that could be NTP is that both Dexter and his brother are ESTPs. While Dexter's personality is more cold and logical, his brother's personality is more warm and emotional. That would make sense, since ESTPs are naturally more introverted, while NTPs are naturally extroverted.
Dexter's personality combined with his DNA could make him an NTP. I don't think there's any other reasons that he could be one besides that.
