I think what you're describing is a form of "projection" and the need to find a scapegoat or "other" to blame things on. The more you try to push those feelings down, the more they remain inside you. Of course, as you say, there is no "good" way to deal with such feelings, and you just have to learn to deal with them as best as you can. For me, the solution I found was to surround myself with people who could help me understand and empathize with my feelings better, and to come to terms with the fact that nobody is "all good", and nobody is "all bad".
