He is a very extroverted and social person who doesn't really feel that he needs to prove himself to others, and he can be very charming at times and very assertive when he wants something. However, unlike me, this assertiveness sometimes causes him to act before thinking and come off as very arrogant.
He's also quite known to have a fiery temper and can have very short fuse. He is a very strong willed person, but sometimes comes off as somewhat stubborn.
I guess I just wanted to make my point clear that if you put a person's ENTJ trait in the right light it is not as negative as it seems; it's simply a personality trait that promotes efficiency, self-confidence, and strength of will.
