Aaron Neville personality type is ENFJ, the Perceiving Judging Function. So, his closest "type" is ENFJ, which makes sense because he has so many of the qualities of the type. But I'm not sure that he is that type. He doesn't seem to have the intense desire for group membership that is typical of all ENFJs. He's not tactless, but he doesn't seem to have the self-deprecating humor that is typical of most ENFJs. He's not outgoing, but he doesn't seem to have the desire for others to like him that is typical of most ENFJs. He's not a people pleaser, but he doesn't seem to have the desire for others to like him that is typical of most ENFJs.
So, I can't say that he definitely is an ENFJ, but I think it's more likely than not that he is. This is just my personal opinion, and not based on any research on the subject.
