Fascism personality type is ESTJ, or a “Doer” or “Teacher”. ESTJs are the introverted “leaders”, who are responsible for coordinating and controlling different aspects of a situation. They are also known as “the boss”.

Fascism is essentially about control; it’s about putting in place strict rules and regulations, and then enforcing them rigidly. It’s about keeping people in line with the will of “the leader” (Fascism is, after all, a form of totalitarianism).

Fascism is about power; it’s about making sure that you have absolute control over your subordinates, and that they absolutely know their place in the hierarchy.

So how does this relate to ESTJ? Well, most ESTJs are naturally drawn to positions of power and leadership. They are often drawn to positions of authority in the workplace, in the family, in the community, in the church, in the government, etc. And when they get into positions of power, they will tend to become very authoritarian in nature. They will become very controlling and “bossy”. They will want to keep things in line.

Fascism is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition and strong regimentation of society and of the economy which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe.
