    INTP (6w5)

Skepticism personality type is INTP, and their skeptical nature is a function of their internal experience as a Thinking type. In other words, the skeptical nature of INTPs is a result of the way they perceive the world, not a result of how they came to be as a function of genetics, upbringing, or history. In this sense, being skeptical is an intrinsic part of the development of the INTP personality.

On a related note, I’ve recently been reflecting on the fact that my skepticism about mainstream medicine is a result of my own personal experiences with the process. I’ve been a medical consumer for many years due to various personal issues, and I’ve had a negative experience with doctors and the medical system on every level.

In my research, I’ve heard from many different types about how their skepticism has been shaped by their own experiences with the medical system. For example, ENFPs have been led to see the world as an inherently positive and wonderful place because they’ve found it easy to relate to other people and feel uplifted by their interactions.

A school or method of doubt regarding what is held as knowledge.
