Mr. Robot personality type is ENTP, and the Dark Knight is an ENTP. I'm not saying that is what will happen, but the two characters do share a lot in common.
My theory is that Mr. Robot will eventually try to become Batman. Not in a realistic way, but in the "I'm Batman" kind of way. Elliot will show up to a crime scene and say "I'm Batman." He will start making plans and take action with no regard for others. He will be a loner and a bit of a psychopath. He will pick fights and be confrontational. He won't care about society or personal life and will probably be a criminal or a mercenary. He might not even look like Batman. He might not be able to use his powers, but he can still be a force to be reckoned with.
Elliot's personality is best described by the Dark Knight's most defining trait: his "I'm Batman" attitude. Elliot, like Batman, is always on the hunt for information and for people who do wrong. He does not shy away from confrontation. He is always looking for answers (and he gets them). He is always ready to fight crime (and he does).
