Chase Stein personality type is ESTP, and I always found that I was a bit of a wild child. My parents wanted me to take more of an interest in the family business, and the only way they could see to accomplish that was to force me to take over the reins. That’s why, as a child, I was mostly kept out of the family business. I was forced to study and learn about the family business.
I was very much a sponge as a child. I would do anything and read anything and go anywhere and always ask questions. I had a huge curiosity and an insatiable curiosity. I just wanted to learn and be everywhere.
My dad was a very strong influence in my life, and he wanted me to take over the reins of the family business, which he felt I should have done sooner rather than later.
He used to say to me, “Chase, if you don’t take over the business, who will?”
In elementary school, my teacher told me I had a gift for acting—which was the first time anyone had ever told me I had a gift for anything.
