The INTP's greatest strength is their ability to see things from different perspectives. They also see things in a logical way, and think about things in a rational way.
INTPs are very idealistic and creative. I think this is why they can get so wrapped up in their own theories and ideas and come up with theories that sound so plausible and then be so logical and still fall apart. They can put countless details together and even be right on some of the details, but the overall picture doesn't pan out.
INTPs can be very stubborn and they rarely admit when they are wrong. This can get them into trouble, but they will get over it and make the changes they need to make to get back on track.
They don't like conflict. If they do get into conflict, it is usually because they feel they are right and the other person is wrong. They need to work on that part of their personality and learn about compromise and working together.
