Tanabe Jirou personality type is INTJ, and he has an apparent love for mechanics and cars. He is also a big fan of the various various anime and manga series, as he is often seen watching them with his friends. He also seems to be a fan of the Metal Gear series, as he is often seen playing the games, as well as watching them on TV.
As a young child, he was terrified of spiders, and would often run away from spiders that he came across. His fear of spiders was later explained to be a fear of abandonment, as he was abandoned by his biological parents, causing his adoptive father to be the only parent that he had ever known.
History
As a child, he was often locked in the shed by his biological mother, whom he cares very deeply about. She eventually locked him in the shed after his adoptive father told her to do so, causing him to become increasingly terrified of being locked up. His father had wanted Jirou to become a mechanic, so he locked him up to teach him that he wouldn't be able to do it. However, this caused him to become increasingly scared of being locked up, and thus caused him to develop an extreme fear of abandonment.
