Background
Little is known about Neptune's past other than that he came from Earth and was genetically engineered by an alien race to be their tool, and that he was given the name "Neptune" by the alien race that created him. He was sent to Earth to take over Planet Earth, and that he succeeded in doing so; however, Neptune's agenda was not to conquer Earth, but to destroy it. As such, after he took over Planet Earth, he made it the first planet to be destroyed in order for him to leave it as his tomb.
