Nute Gunray and a portion of supporting organizations, allied with the Separatists benefiting from the war, developing heavy weaponry and making a stance in the Galactic Senate on Coruscant. Among these organizations were the Techno Union, the Galactic Banking Clan and the Trade Federation.
