Dart personality type is ENTP, and it’s my favorite. The two types we want to avoid most are ENFP and INTP, because we’re at risk of being too unselfconscious and too focused on the future.
As an INTP, I tend to be too self-critical and too self-conscious, and as an ENTP, I tend to be too unselfconscious and too unreflective.
The most common issue with me as an ENTP is unselfconsciousness. I’m not always aware of how I come across, and that’s definitely something I need to work on. I tend to be very upbeat; we’re not always aware of how we come across to others – we’re too busy being ourselves – and that can be a problem.
I like to think of my diagnosis as a blessing in disguise, because it allowed me to recognize the weaknesses of my own personality type and work on them; I’ve learned a lot from it. But I also need to recognize the strengths of my own personality type.
